FREE Shipping for all orders over $95 within Australia. For orders under $95 there is a flat rate charge of $10 to anywhere in Australia 

We ship products Australia wide and International using Australia Post. 

International shipping costs will need to calculated and charged seperately, the charges are at current Australia Post costs. International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs will need to be calculated by our dispatch department and we will need to contact you to arrange payment for the shipping. 

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Customer Service Policy

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
